This is a compilation of 14 compositions I've made over the years. The music is instrumental (wordless--trust me, you don't want to here me sing) electronic pop. The CD also has the two compositions featured below in the Featured Music section.
None of the music is well known, though I have put a little of it in the movies I've featured on this Web site. If you're in to collecting obscure music, then this is a good CD for you. I also think it's good for the rest of the planet too, so don't be shy and get the CD.
Click this, or click the image above to go to the Conductus Productions Shop to buy the CD. One-minute, low Q samples of each track are available to listen to there first, so you sort of will know what you're getting (I say "sort of" because there's certainly more to the music than one minute can present--unless the music piece is just that long or less, and I dare say that the best parts are often not in that one minute, so you just have to get the CD).

About Cave of Rain: Since this is the latest composition, it deserves a small paragraph of its own for now. Years ago I was playing my electric guitar through a module called the Alesis Quadraverb. It added enhancements to the guitar's output. One of the Quadraberb's settings reminded me of being in an echo-y cave. I totally got into it and wrote down on tablature paper the guitar tune I was making up. Well, that was done before I had the means to record it well. Back then, and not that long ago, it was difficult to find the means to make a nice recording on a limited budget. Today, all you need is your computer and some software. It still takes work, but as long as the will is there, it can be achieved. So, I decided to revisit this tune. I made a guitar recording with my acoustic guitar. It was a bit too sloppy, so I then used a synthetic guitar sound (it may be a real sample) to replace it and get the notes in all the right places, via composition software. I then picked synthesizer sounds (via the software again) that reminded me of the Quadraverb. I also took a recording I made of some rain one evening a couple years back and mixed it in. On top of that, I added other synthesizer sounds and effects.
The tune is mellow. It's not supposed to represent a particular mood. I think it just reflects a mellow situation. Easy listening.
The other two tunes? The music's style is, I'd say, instrumental pop. Electronic-ish. Stuff like that. The compositions have a beat, motif changes, and have various harmonic and melodic motifs throughout: you'll hear strings, angels, drums, bass, gadgety and buzzy sounding things, and a few other things. There are no lyrics, no singing (unless you count the synthetic choir sounds as such). The last two compositions are relatively long (I wanted to make them unfold over much time, to add all the details which I thought would make them good stuff), their lengths being listed under each download link.
I'm most proud of these compositions. I think you'll like them, so give them a try. Remember, the free versions cost nothing! After that, see the premium links below them for the high-quality recordings.

The full versions (the ones that are 13 and 20 minutes long) that you can download free are MP3 files of the entire compositions in reduced quality format. If you like the music but want to here (hold on, I meant hear) better sound files, you can come back here and buy the premium versions. The links to them are further below.
The links that have sample mix in their name are MP3 files of various parts of each composition strung and faded together. They'll give you the sound of the premium versions. They're sort of like a movie trailer in this regard.

Concerning the commercialness of selling this music: Selling this stuff makes it sort of seem like some market-tested product designed to maximize the ROI for stockholders, venture capitalists, and music companies. It's as if the music was tested on a wide audience of paid volunteers to make sure that they are with every beat, and if not, appropriate changes are made, or something like that. The reality is, I tested the music on me and the cat. Thanks for checking it out.
I love Korg products. That's why I've featured some above. I've also added what appears to me to be interesting software for music-composition purposes (higher above, near the top). If you want to see the products, click them, of course, but if you want to see different ones like them, click them anyway, and you'll see more. (By the way, this site doesn't get to see your personal information through these links. The transaction is between you and Amazon.)

Are you looking (hearing, rather) for music or sound for your--say--movie, commercial, composition, or telephone? Then, let me tell you, you're at the right place. I like to compose many styles: adventure, terror, joy--whatever it takes to fit any mood or theme. A wide spectrum of sounds and instruments are used in my compositions, so there is plenty of variety.
